A career spanning higher ed, professional sports, SaaS, and education, built around translating strategy into shipped technology and bringing teams along for the journey.
Working at Butler University has been an incredibly rewarding experience, not just because of the work I do, but because of what the university represents. Butler is deeply woven into the history and culture of our city, and being part of an institution that has such a lasting impact on the community, students, and alumni is something I truly value. As both an employee and an MBA student, I have the unique opportunity to experience Butler from multiple perspectives, deepening my appreciation for its mission and the people who make it thrive.
I joined Butler's Information Technology team as a Technical Project Manager, partnering with departments across campus to analyze, implement, and optimize technology solutions, including custom implementations of Salesforce and other third-party software, to drive long-term digital transformation for the university.
In 2026 I stepped into a Business Relationship Manager role, where I work to create and maintain cross-campus relationships that enable progress toward the strategic vision of the university. I translate between business needs and technology capabilities, surface opportunities for shared investment, and partner with stakeholders to turn institutional priorities into delivered outcomes.
Working at Wunderkind was an incredible experience, not just because of the work I did, but because of the people I worked with. The team was made up of some of the most diverse, collaborative, and driven individuals I've ever had the chance to work alongside. My manager was a true authentic leader, providing the kind of support and trust that allowed me to step outside of my comfort zone, grow, and thrive.
As an Implementation Manager at Wunderkind, a leading marketing technology company focused on brand reach and customer conversion, I managed client implementations across eight technical products, ensuring seamless integration between development, quality assurance, product integrity, and global client teams. I had the opportunity to work with iconic brands like Birkenstock, Forever 21, Wilson, True Botanicals, and Naturium, helping them optimize their customer engagement strategies through Wunderkind's technology.
Leading projects in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment, I served as a technical liaison between our internal teams and clients, keeping projects on track while improving internal processes to enhance both efficiency and the client experience. My role also involved identifying risks that could impact timelines and ensuring smooth communication across distributed, cross-functional teams.
Working for the Pacers was truly a dream come true. As a lifelong basketball fan, because, let's be honest, who isn't in Indiana?, I've always had a deep connection to the game. Even before joining the organization, I surprised my husband by reserving the court for our engagement photos, capturing a moment that sat on my desk in the arena as a daily reminder of my love for both basketball and the organization itself.
Stepping into the role of Technical Project Manager, I was hired into a newly created position within the Technology team, tasked with establishing the processes needed to efficiently manage and execute projects. I oversaw a portfolio of 15–20 technology projects annually, working closely with the CTO and VP of Technology to maintain a three-year strategic roadmap. Beyond managing core technology initiatives, I also led cross-functional product implementations across the organization, ensuring seamless integrations in areas like ticketing, security, fan engagement, and game operations.
Additionally, I was an active member of PACE, the organization's innovation group, where I had the opportunity to contribute to enhancing the fan experience through creative technology-driven solutions.
My work with The Last Mile was one of the most fulfilling projects of my career, an opportunity to bridge technology, education, and second chances in a truly impactful way. As a contract consultant, I partnered with Governor Holcomb's office to help launch Indiana's first in-prison coding bootcamp at the Indiana Women's Prison, with the goal of equipping graduates with the skills to secure jobs in tech after their release.
Leveraging my experience with code schools and my network from The Iron Yard, I connected the local tech community to this initiative, helping to recruit volunteers, source instructor candidates, and engage hiring partners to ensure long-term success. A standout moment of the project was facilitating a panel discussion during a media event with board member MC Hammer, where I had the unique opportunity to highlight the program's mission alongside an industry advocate.
The Iron Yard was an incredible opportunity to shape the future of aspiring technologists while building a thriving, job-ready talent pipeline for the local tech industry. As Campus Director, I led operations, student recruitment, staff and student development, and community engagement, all while ensuring our campus delivered an exceptional learning experience.
Managing a staff of five, including operations and instructional teams, I oversaw the success of 40 students per cohort, guiding them through an intensive coding program designed to launch their careers in tech. I maintained an advisory board of tech leaders and cultivated a network of hiring partners, which directly contributed to our campus achieving a 100% job placement rate for graduates.
Selected for AT&T Mobility's Retail Leadership Development Program, a competitive rotational program designed to develop the next generation of retail leaders. The program combined hands-on store leadership with structured training in operations, sales strategy, customer experience, and people management.
The experience sharpened my ability to lead in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, manage performance against KPIs, and coach team members through change, foundations that have informed every leadership role I've taken since.
My journey with SRI began at just 15 years old, giving me an early introduction to operations, data management, and client service. Over eleven years I grew through three distinct chapters, starting as a Customer Support Manager (2005–2008), then promoted to Director of Administration (2008–2013), and finally stepping into the role of Technical Project Manager (2013–2016).
As Director of Administration, I led a team of 10, ensuring the successful execution of contracts with local government officials. I managed a portfolio of 100+ concurrent projects, operating within a seasonal cadence that required precision, adaptability, and strong process optimization, overseeing data management and accuracy and implementing process improvements that enhanced efficiency while maintaining the highest level of service for our clients.
As Technical Project Manager, I led the team that built a custom auction platform, serving as the product and project manager. I handled the technical writing and documentation for the project, and conducted all the training for staff and clients.
